What do I do if the App is not working properly?
If you have any issues with the app, please follow these steps:
- Reset the app
- If it didn’t work, check if you have the latest version installed
- If you have the latest version installed, please text the Papa Team confirming the visit and start time and end time of the visit, while our team figures out the issue.
How Papa Pal Payments Work
Papa Pal Bonuses
Papa rewards the best Papa Pals with weekly bonuses:
- Earn an extra $25/week if you work between 8 and 15 hours a week.
- OR Earn an extra $50/week if you work more than 15 hours a week.
- Earn a $20 supplementary bonus if you complete more than 5 visits a week.
We also offer personalized letters of recommendations for Pals who complete more than 100 visits.
