What is a Papa Pal?

Papa Pals are incredible providers of a social experience for seniors. Papa Pals provide help with transportation, daily tasks, run errands, help with technology, and provide an amazing day for them. The goal of a Papa Pal is to remove the burden and stress associated with being a family caregiver while providing seniors with something to look forward to.

What do we look for in a Papa Pal

Papa Pals must be young, fun, energetic, attentive, patient, and ready to help! Papa Pals must be enrolled in college, university, nursing school, or other post high-school education. Our goal is to empower your future while benefiting seniors within your company.

Process for becoming a Papa Pal

Papa Pals are carefully selected. They go through a rigorous on-boarding process including a virtual interview, background check, in-person interview, and training.

Papa Pals will also receive on-going training in the form of webinars and quarterly meetups. We believe it is important to meet with each other in person several times a year to ensure that we are all learning and growing together.

Your mission as a Papa Pal

When you become a Papa Pal, you join a community of like-minded individuals that are trying to offer a positive impact to those in their area. A key part of our mission is to empower future leaders. As a Papa Pal you aren’t just earning extra money to support your local community, which is beyond impactful, you are enhancing your future career.

You will learn relevant career skills like communication, managing a schedule, being part of a team, working with people of all ages, following guidance, selling yourself and the company you support, and being empathic to others.
