Community Growth Manager - Sales & Marketing Role focused on the growth of Papa membership

What is Papa?

Papa is a technology and service provider that allows seniors and their families to request assistance and caregiving services in the community. Our primary offering are the Papa Pals. An amazing group of individuals who provide on-demand personal assistance and a social experience to seniors. Services can be requested via the Papa mobile app, website, phone, or text. We ensure that everyone involved in the senior’s day is well informed of their activities and able to track the experience. Papa takes a unique approach to solving a large problem. We feel it is important to make senior’s days more enjoyable and something to look forward to.

Job Description

Papa is looking for a driven, qualified sales & marketing individual to join our team. As a Community Growth Manager you will help grow Papa membership in the South Florida market. This person must be a self starter and have an ability to think outside the box. Most importantly, this individual must be trustworthy and have a passion for people.

As a Community Growth Manager you will be the face of Papa to families. Your role will incorporate many aspects of the process including identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with families. This role will also incorporate additional duties as appropriate to help grow this exciting new startup in the aging space.


  • Develop local marketing strategies and aligning to strategic partners in the community including, but not limited to: senior living facilities, doctor offices, community support groups, etc.

  • Manage and qualify in-bound leads to determine if they are a good fit for Papa’s services

  • Be the go-to-person for all things Papa for families in the community

  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for KPIs and revenue

  • Manage a pipeline of active prospects using our internal CRM

  • Additional duties as required to support Papa’s growth in your community


  • Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) the South Florida area

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 0-1 years of general sales experience

  • The ability to work with a team and be a self starter including the ability to think outside the box

  • Interested in learning and growing

  • The ability to work in an ever changing environment of a start up

  • A passion for people
